Central Communications Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Rates

At Central Communications, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. You will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided during checkout based on the shipping method selected.

7. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Central Communications ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS services. Delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.

8. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

9. Damages

Central Communications is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
